Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :

• Collaborate with various stakeholders and identify automation opportunities
• Identify various automation candidates for approval by the customer (from incident management process, problem management process and request management process) and implement
• Maintain the portfolio of automation, manage & resolve incidents
• Provide detailed reporting related to business case & gains and regularly report on progress (newsletter of achievements)
• Manage the rational & principals and propose tooling when applicable, ensure they are strictly followed.
