MS PowerPoint Designer (Animation Specialist)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented MS PowerPoint Designer who can design visually stunning presentations with smooth animations, transitions, and storytelling flow. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, layout, color theory, and the ability to convert complex ideas into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication.
• Design visually appealing slides, infographics, icons, illustrations, and layouts.
• Add professional animations, motion effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Understand project briefs and convert data/content into engaging visual narratives.
• Follow branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all presentations.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop impactful decks.
• Improve old presentations by redesigning, formatting, and animating slides.
• Use creativity to present technical or complex information in a simple, attractive way.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PowerPoint Designer / Presentation Specialist.
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint (SmartArt, Master Slides, advanced animations, transitions).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and typography.
• Ability to create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (optional but preferred).
• Understanding of color theory, branding, and design principles.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

• 14 years of professional experience in presentation design.
• Experience creating presentations for corporate clients or CXOs.
• Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Canva animation, or similar tools) is an added advantage, however every presentation should be a ppt format.
