Job Description:

• 80% Support Work for Microsoft Power Platform applications
• 20% Development Work for automation and app enhancements

Qualification & Certification:

Support work (80%):

• Provide support service for MS Power Platform based automations and apps
• 5+ years of experience in developing enterpriselevel applications with MS Power Platform (3-4 years)
• Experience in support / DevOps roles is ideal
• Responsible for Ticket handling - Incident management, change management, problem management
• Support to build a knowledge base for automations and known problems and risks for efficient development and incident resolution
• Proactive communication and stakeholder management experience

Development work (20%):

• Analyse and build for process automation
• Deliver MS Power Automate and Power Apps implementation and change requests at different level of complexity (minor to medium)
• Being responsible for UAT, deployments and hypercare activities
• Contribute to DevOps Team on improving CI/CD tasks
• Code repository management, code merge and quality checks
• Canvas app, Model Driven App development will be nice to have
• Knowledge of related JavaScript and other scripting languages is plus
