MSD CRM Architect

Job purpose:
_x000D_ A D365 CRM Architect with deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service and Marketing).
_x000D_  

Your client responsibilities:
_x000D_ •    Work on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture
_x000D_ •    Be involved in analyse and design phases of a project 
_x000D_ •    Responsible for collaboration with client teams to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions.
_x000D_ •    Execute & participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations
_x000D_ •    Deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM
_x000D_ •    Deep knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM application
_x000D_ •    Develop CRM Application using .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions
_x000D_ •    Ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements
_x000D_ •    Work cooperatively in a team environment 
_x000D_ •    Remain flexible on changing workloads
_x000D_  

Your people responsibilities:

Key skills:
_x000D_ •    Minimum 9+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience is must.
_x000D_ •    Must have done hands-on development – writing plugins
_x000D_ •    Must have done worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model
_x000D_ •    Must have worked on client facing engagements
_x000D_ •    Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM) 
_x000D_ •    Experience in agile delivery and deployment , continuous integration and build processes
_x000D_ •    Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL 
_x000D_ •    Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment 
_x000D_ •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
_x000D_ •    BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 8+ years
_x000D_  

Preferred skills:
_x000D_ •    CRM Configuration & Customization(Plugins etc)
_x000D_ •    D365 CRM Certified
