MS Dynamics Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead the full lifecycle of D365 implementation and rollout projectsfrom initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
• Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure aligned execution.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors (e.g., Microsoft, partners).
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.

3. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Maintain RAID logs and communicate project health to leadership.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with Microsoft Support or implementation partners when required.

4. Budget & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets, monitor spend vs. forecast, and control project costs.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal performance.

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to D365 implementation best practices and internal quality standards.
• Oversee documentation, testing, and validation activities (SIT, UAT, Training, Cutover).
• Ensure alignment with global template and change control processes.

6. Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular project status updates to sponsors and leadership.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and transparency across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 10+ years in ERP project management
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Sure Step, Agile, or Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project (MPP), Power BI, and Office 365.
• Domain: Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail modules is an advantage.
• Certifications: PMP, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Project Manager Associate (preferred).

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
