Tech CRM, C# and OOPS Concepts, JSON Creation,
- Knowledge in Extension method, Static class, and Interfaces
- Experience in writing Lambda expressions and LINQ queries, Basic Null handling, Exception handling, writing Query Expressions
- Experience of Dynamics 365 field service capabilities and extensibilities
- Design & Development experience in Dynamics 365
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and Power Platform
- Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements
- Hands on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM
- Hands on experence in writing plugins, Custom Actions, Custom Workflows
- Expertise in Solution Management in Dynamics 365
- Sound knowledge of Security Model in Dynamics CRM 365
- Expertise in Dynamics CRM deployment processes
- Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations
- NET Framework Version 4.7.1 or above including strong WCF\Web API experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing CRM systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure that all infrastructure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure solutions and processes.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management on the status of infrastructure projects.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Provide technical support during the deployment of new infrastructure solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of infrastructure development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in CRM system development and maintenance.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Have experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
- Display strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to team members.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
