• Techno-functional exposure in various domains.
• Well experienced in Sales, Service and Marketing modules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365.
• Should have worked in client facing role
• Involved in various project activities like
• Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis
• Solution Architecture and Design and configurations
• Experience in Integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems
• Experience in integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization
• Data Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools
• Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
• Should have a good understanding of CRM security model
• Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
• Hands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Should have experience in implementing large transformational projects involving multi language, multi currency and multi country deployments
• Should be able to set up implementation road maps, project plans

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create Techno-functional fitment by interacting with client stakeholders
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops to the stakeholders
• Create High Level As-Is and To-Be Architecture, Technical design for CRM and obtain necessary approvals from client
• Co-ordinate with various stakeholders including Microsoft and other 3rd Party vendors
• Coordination with offshore team
• Create Integration specifications and design
