MS dynamics CRM - Solution Architect

·         Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with a strong background in people management and client orientation.

·         Expertise in conducting workshops, POC demos, new feature domos and UAT for D365 Customer Engagements projects.

·         Expertise in creating To be Process Flow,  Fit Gap Analysis, Functional Design Documents that are reliable and clear to implement

•       Experience in

•       conducting Requirement Gathering meetings, Client Workshops, POC demo and new feature demo with Business Stakeholders to shape requirement into Business process flows.

•       Preparing To be Process Flow,  Fit Gap Analysis, Functional Design Documents, Requirements Analysis  documents.

•       Preparation of Technical Documentation - High-Level & Low-Level Design Document.

•       Serving as the liaison between IT stakeholders and Business users  to translate business solutions, designs, and processes into development work for developers

•       Analyze clients’ business requirements and processes through documentation, client workshops to give valuable and actionable insights to development / leadership team.

•       Conducting daily/weekly/monthly meetings, discussing project progress with Team Managers/Customers troubleshoot and resolve any issues/problems impeding smooth workflow or project deadlines

•       Participating in scrum ceremonies with project team.

•       Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

•       Ensuring team is compliant to customer risk and compliance process.
