Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on expertise in D365 CRM and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on development using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, and Power Automate Flows.
• Build PCF Controls, Custom Pages, Canvas Apps, and Custom APIs.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement Azure Functions and integrate with other Microsoft products.
• Handle SQL-based data operations and reporting.
• Manage deployments using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 37 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working on D365 Sales or Customer Service modules or Account Onboarding.
• Strong experience in custom development and system integrations.
• Good understanding of D365 security, roles, and business processes.
