Job Description
Environment preparation
Infrastructure implementation and support of other team members
User transition and support in upgraded platforms
The transition from delivery into Managed Services
Deliver files, messaging and unified communications implementation, migration and support activities in projects by the Content and Code Project Delivery Framework
Escalate appropriate challenges to Technical Consultants/Architects
Support the more extensive project and operational teams
Ensure that technical understanding of each service component and application, its architecture and configuration is handed over to BAU support for both client and managed service teams
Essential Experience and Skills
Successfully implemented/supported Office 365 and supporting identity technologies.
Expertise in the Office 365 platform
Understanding of Identity Management Solutions aligned to Office 365 including Azure AD, Azure AD Connect and AD FS
