Reporting Authority: MRO Team Lead / Global Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and understand RFQ emails from clients.
Source suppliers and submit competitive quotations to meet requirements.
Process purchase orders and follow up with relevant parties to ensure deliveries are completed as committed.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the team lead or management.

Shift Schedule:

Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory):

Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or 12th pass with a minimum of 2 years of experience (criteria may be negotiable for suitable candidates).
Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicator with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to compare quotes, identify trends, and evaluate margin impacts.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Juno Edge), and data tracking tools.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable making sourcing decisions with minimal supervision.
Ability to accurately interpret and understand customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and understand RFQ emails from clients.
Source suppliers and submit competitive quotations to meet requirements.
Process purchase orders and follow up with relevant parties to ensure deliveries are completed as committed.
Process evaluation charges orders.
Support the quoting team in determining pricing for new units.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the team lead or management.
