About Position:

As a Moveworks Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions using the Moveworks platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, provide technical leadership to the team, and ensure delivery of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance automation and employee experience.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement scalable architecture leveraging Moveworks AI platform for enterprise automation and conversational AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration with ITSM tools and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Drive innovation by optimizing Moveworks capabilities to deliver business value efficiently.
• Architect and deliver robust solutions using the Moveworks AI platform to enhance automation and employee experience.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design seamless integrations with ITSM and enterprise applications.
• Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and ensure best practices throughout implementation.
• Continuously innovate and optimize Moveworks capabilities to maximize efficiency and business impact.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in Moveworks platform implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Strong background in solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating Moveworks with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and other enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Moveworks platform, including configuration, deployment, and optimization.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade architecture for automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in integrating Moveworks with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and other enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and ensure best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
