Job Title: Motor Winder

Key Responsibilities:

Perform winding and rewinding of sewing machine motors.

Rewind, repair, and service electric motors from 1 HP to 25 HP.

Dismantle motors and inspecting windings, insulation, bearings, and components.

Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

Select correct copper wire gauge, insulation, and winding pattern.

Reassemble motors and ensure proper alignment.

Test motors using megger and multimeter before final handover.

Motor Types Handled:

Sewing machine motors

Single-phase motors Three-phase motors

Capacitors start / run motors Industrial motors (1 HP to 25 HP) Skills & Experience

Experience in motor winding and rewinding work.

Knowledge of motor nameplates and basic electrical diagrams.

Familiar with electrical testing tools.

Ability to work independently.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in motor winding

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma Electrical preferred or relevant experience Tools & Safety

Motor winding machine, megger, multimeter, hand tools.

Follow electrical safety standards and use PPE.
