This role involves training learners in communication, personality development, interview preparation, and professional etiquette to help them excel in their careers and stand out in the job market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive classroom sessions and workshops on soft skills, personality development, and career readiness.
• Train learners in resume building, group discussions, interviews, and communication skills (verbal & non-verbal).
• Develop and maintain engaging training content, case studies, role-plays, and real-world exercises.
• Provide individual mentoring to boost learner confidence, improve body language, and enhance professional etiquette.
• Offer constructive feedback to learners for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure training outcomes are aligned with career success.

Skills & Expertise Required

• Expertise in Soft Skills Training Communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, time management.
• Strong background in Personality Development and Interview Preparation.
• Experience in Resume Building and Career Guidance.
• Excellent command over verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging classroom sessions that simplify learning.
