Motion Graphics Designer

The Brand Bee is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer Video Animator to visualize and create video assets based on client requirements. This is a hands-on position that includes video creation, animation, video editing, colour correction, motion graphics, controlling the end-to-end process by following SOP and ensuring quality compliance, and establishing procedures and post-production workflows while ensuring visual consistency across multiple projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Animate and/or edit videos for various events, interviews, podcasts etc.

Animate and/or edit videos for our social media campaigns.

Create and ideate videos for YouTube for various clients.

Create/understand storyboards (SB) from the design team, visualize, and execute videos accordingly.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate video creation

Manage the daily requirements of the team

Innovative, open-minded, experimental, and concept-driven

Pre-requisites:

Deep knowledge of what works in the digital medium & experience working with videos, reels and social media platforms

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Expert-level knowledge in video pre and post-production.

Relevant work experience of 3-6 years.

Can work in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to changes.

Loves collaborating and working with new people.

Curious and looking for ways to improve.

The suitable candidate will align with the firm's content strategy and manage the ideation, creation, and distribution of high-quality videos. Relevant video production experience of at least 3-6 years is required, and experience with B2C product-based content is a plus.
