Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor (B2B SaaS)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our marketing team and help bring our B2B SaaS products to life through engaging visual storytelling. In this role, you will create compelling videos, product explainers, and motion graphics that simplify complex ideas and support marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to produce high-quality video content that drives brand awareness, product understanding, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product explainer videos, demo videos, and feature walkthroughs
• Design motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, website, and social media
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content
• Translate complex SaaS concepts into simple visual narratives
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visuals with messaging
• Create assets for ads, webinars, case studies, and product launches
• Maintain and evolve the companys video and motion design style
• Optimize videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, website, ads)
• Manage video assets, templates, and project files
• Stay up-to-date with video trends, animation styles, and editing techniques

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, product videos, or explainer videos
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Illustrator / Photoshop
• Ability to translate technical or product concepts into engaging visuals
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, or tech products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI animations or product interface videos
• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Descript, etc.)
• Basic sound design and colour grading skills
