POSITION: Motion Graphics Artist/ Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description for Senior Motion Graphic Artist:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality motion graphics.
• Create 2D motion graphics for various projects.
• Assist in developing storyboards and concept designs for motion graphic projects.
• Design and animate dynamic video content, including motion graphics and videos for use in social media ads, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Follow brand guidelines and project requirements to maintain consistency in design.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 2D motion graphics design.
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling in motion graphics projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and solve design challenges.
• Create visually attractive motion graphics, videos, and animations for different platforms to help fulfill varying requirements.
• Incorporate desired typography, graphics and sound and other effects to enhance the overall impact of presented content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and defined budgets.

Skillset & Qualifications:

• Any graduate or post-graduate (bachelor's degree in multimedia design or 1+ year course in multimedia/animation will be an added advantage).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition or similar motion design software.
• Strong passion for motion design and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• 5+ Years of experience in making and editing informational videos promoting products or services.
• Creative mindset and a keen eye for motion design.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Well-versed with industry-standard relevant video editing tools or software packages to create captivating visual content and enhance user experiences effectively.
• Advanced video editing ability with strong portfolio of familiarity with special effects and 3D.
• Knowledge of AI driven tools for voice and avatar creation to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
