About the Role
Were looking for a creative and detail-driven Motion Graphic Designer to bring our health brand to life through engaging, clear, and high-impact motion content. Youll play a critical role in how users experience our brand across social media, performance marketing, product, and educational content.
In HealthTech, motion design isnt just about aestheticsits about building credibility, simplifying complex health information, and driving action.
Key Responsibilities:
Motion Design & Video Content
- Create motion graphics and short-form videos for:
- Social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
- Performance marketing ads
- Brand films & product explainer videos
- Create long form videos for podcast on Youtube
- Design smooth, on-brand animations that enhance storytelling and clarity
Product & App Motion
- Design in-app animations, micro-interactions, and transitions if required
- Collaborate with Product & UX teams to ensure motion aligns with usability and accessibility principles
Health & Educational Content
- Translate medical, health, or technical concepts into easy-to-understand animated explainers
- Design infographics and motion-led educational content that improves comprehension and retention
Campaign & Growth Support
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to:
- Develop motion creatives for campaigns and launches
- Optimize creatives based on performance metrics (watch time, CTR, retention)
- Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios
Brand Consistency & Systems
- Maintain consistency in motion style, pacing, transitions, and visual language
- Help define motion guidelines and reusable animation templates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-4 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer (consumer-facing digital brands preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Motion graphics & short-form videos
- Explainer animations
- Campaign and product-related motion work
- Podcast / Long form content if any
- Proficiency in:
- After Effects (mandatory)
- Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools
- Figma (for collaboration with design/product teams)
- Strong understanding of:
- Timing, pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
- Motion principles for digital and mobile-first platforms
Good to Have
- Experience in HealthTech, Wellness, Fitness, or Consumer Tech
- Knowledge of:
- Lottie / JSON animations
- Basic sound design and syncing visuals to audio
- Familiarity with performance marketing creative best practices
- Basic illustration or graphic design skills
