Role - Motion Graphic Designer/ Video Editor

Location - Udaipur

Work mode- Full time, onsite, 5 day week

Role & Responsibilities

Conceptualize and deliver high-quality motion graphics, videos, and animations aligned with brand strategy.
Plan and execute video/animation projects for campaigns, product communication, social media, and internal branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert briefs into impactful visual content.
Drive innovation in tools, techniques, templates, and motion design standards.
Build and maintain a library of templates, animation assets, and video elements.
Lead the video & animation team to ensure quality output, timely delivery, and brand consistency.
Develop and refine workflows for efficient production and reduced rework.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Min 3 years of experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation; team leadership preferred.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, storyboarding, sound design, and video editing workflows.
Understanding of camera operations, lighting, and basic production (preferred).
Strong creative direction, project management, and communication skills.
