Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be the visual storyteller for some of the worlds leading brands. You wont just be "moving assets"; you will be conceptualizing and executing high-fidelity 2D and 3D animations that stop the scroll and drive engagement. Working closely with the Creative Director and Strategy team, you will translate complex brand narratives into fluid, impactful motion design.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Lead the creative process from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to final render and delivery.
• Multi-Platform Content: Design and animate high-impact promos, social media carousels, web hero animations, and "thumb-stopping" digital ad campaigns.
• Brand Stewardship: Master and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring every frame aligns with the clients visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborative Design: Work alongside copywriters and art directors to ensure the motion supports the core message and marketing objectives.
• Trend Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing emerging techniques in typography, liquid motion, and 3D integration.

Technical Toolkit

• Mastery Required: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Motion Proficiency: Deep understanding of easing, timing, squash and stretch, and character animation.
• 3D Skills: Ability to integrate 3D elements (C4D, Blender, or Maya) into 2D workflows is highly preferred.
• Post-Production: Solid grasp of color correction, sound design integration, and video editing (Premiere Pro).

• The Portfolio: A "showreel" that demonstrates not just technical skill, but a clear sense of rhythm, pacing, and design aesthetic.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for design (Midjourney, Runaway, etc.).
• Agency DNA: 23 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment. You know how to manage tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Leadership & Ownership: A proactive attitude. You don't just take orders; you bring ideas to the table and take full accountability for your projects.
• Detail Obsessed: You spot a 1-pixel misalignment from a mile away.

Bonus Points

• Experience with UI/UX motion (Lottie/Rive).
• Degree from a premier design institute (NID, IDC, Srishti, etc.).
