Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Motion Graphic Designer based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the candidate will create compelling motion graphics, design visual assets, and contribute to video production projects. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing high-quality motion graphics, collaborating with the marketing team to produce impactful campaigns, and participating in creative brainstorming sessions to develop unique visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and animated content for social media platforms
• Design static creatives for posts, stories, ads, and other digital assets
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Work on brand-led creatives while maintaining visual consistency
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop campaign creatives
• Adapt designs and motion content for different formats and platforms
• Stay updated with social media trends, design styles, and content formats
  

Requirements

• 01 year of experience in motion graphics, graphic design, or video editing
• Basic to good understanding of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Ability to create both static and motion-based social media content
• Understanding of social media design trends and content formats
• Good sense of layout, typography, visual storytelling, and branding
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Portfolio required

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Internship or freelance experience in graphic design, video editing, or motion graphics
• Experience working on social media content is a plus
