Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who is passionate about animation, visual storytelling, and digital creativity. You will work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and content teams to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital ads, social media, brand films, presentations, and campaigns
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into high-quality motion visuals
• Collaborate with design, copy, and video teams to ensure visual consistency
• Edit and animate videos using brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Assist in storyboarding, ideation, and visual development
• Optimize motion content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer , preferably in an advertising or creative agency
• Strong proficiency in After Effects , Premiere Pro , and Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of video editing, typography, transitions, and sound syncing
• Good sense of timing, composition, and storytelling
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
• A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion design work

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D animation tools
• Experience with social-media-first content and trends
• Basic illustration or graphic design skills
• Understanding of branding and advertising communication
