Motion Graphic Designer

Sparkleminds / FranchiseBAZAR invites aspiring design professionals to join our elite digital team for a 6-month paid internship. This is your chance to build a world-class portfolio while working alongside seasoned experts in a dynamic, remote environment.

Internship Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Location: Remote (Live Internship) Duration: 6 Months Career Path: Successful interns will be offered a full-time position as a Motion Graphic Designer upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver 1 engaging video daily for social media platforms
• Design social media graphics and visual content
• Develop SEO-friendly images for blogs, articles, and websites
• Support the marketing team with digital assets including logos, event collateral, and promotional materials
• If you have strong written English skills and can generate simple content independently, thats a major plus!

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with a creative mindset
• Must have access to a personal laptop/desktop
• Open to women restarting their careers

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts
• Edit and produce content for YouTube and various social media platforms
• Present drafts and visual ideas to internal teams and stakeholders
• Apply color theory and design principles to create compelling visuals
• Understand and execute graphic video production and editing techniques

Compensation

• Fixed stipend of 5,000/month
• Performance-based incentives determined by your managers ratings
