At CultNerds, were looking for a Motion Graphic Designer / Creative Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage, motion, sound, and ideas into digital assets people actually watch.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce High-quality, short-format digital videos optimised for clicks, views & engagement
• Create scroll-stopping assets for social media, websites & marketing campaigns
• Videos enhanced with the right mix of music, motion, animations & effects
• Ensure Brand-consistent content that looks clean, sharp, and intentional
• Multiple versions of edits tailored for different platforms
• Fresh formats inspired by trends

How You Will Work:

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand briefs clearly
• Translate ideas into visuals while managing expectations and timelines
• Handle multiple projects without compromising quality
• Continuously upgrade your craft and stay on top of editing trends

Qualifications Required:

• Have 2+ years of proven agency or similar experience as a Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer.
• Can show a strong portfolio of short-duration digital content
• Are comfortable working under tight deadlines (and still delivering magic)
• Have an eye for aesthetics and obsessive attention to detail
• Are patient, curious, and enjoy creative problem-solving
• Understand how social media consumes video.

Your Creative Tool Kit Should Include:

• Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
• After Effects - for motion, templates & custom graphics
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Audition / Audacity for clean audio workflows
• A solid sense of music, rhythm & timing
• Comfort navigating content tools, apps & platforms
