Role Description

This is a full-time role with flexibility of remote work. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will bring creativity and innovation to life through captivating motion graphics and animations. You will play a crucial role in creating dynamic, visually appealing designs for various platforms, including social media, digital marketing campaigns, and video content. Your expertise in animation, design, and video editing will help elevate our brands digital presence and deliver outstanding creative work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or content design, preferably in a tech, digital, or agency environment
• Strong proficiency in motion graphic design software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in creating engaging animations and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with video editing, compositing techniques, and a solid understanding of animation principles.
• Strong attention to design, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of basic visual effects (VFX) and 2D & 3D animation, with the ability to work with audio and sync sound/music to visuals.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Previous experience in designing for digital platforms is a plus

Good to Have

• Experience with motion or video design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Figma for UI/marketing collateral design
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
• Exposure to performance marketing creatives and A/B-tested ad formats
• Ability to write short-form copy captions, ad headlines, and call-to-actions
• Experience designing for mobile apps (app store listings, in-app graphics, push notification visuals)
