About the Role:

Backdropsource.in a global E-commerce brand redefining creative display & visual storytelling is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who doesnt just create visuals, but drives engagement and sparks conversations.


What Youll Do:

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics, videos, and posters tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers and marketing teams to ideate concepts for reels, videos, and social campaigns that grow social media presence organically.
  • Add hooks, captions, transitions, and visual cues to maximize engagement and retention in every creative piece.
  • Create brand-aligned visuals product showcases, brand campaigns, explainer videos, and social-first animations that convert viewers into followers or customers.
  • Maintain and evolve Backdropsources visual identity across all social media touchpoints.
  • Edit and optimize videos with attention to rhythm, flow, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Sketch or draft storyboards before execution, ensuring clarity of concept and impact.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in social media content creation, digital marketing, or an E-commerce/Digital Marketing agency.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro; knowledge of CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
  • Solid experience in video creation, editing, and social-first storytelling.
  • Proficiency in storyboarding, sketching, and visual conceptualization.
  • Understanding of social media dynamics: hooks, engagement triggers, trends, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Keen sense of brand guidelines, typography, color psychology, composition, and motion flow.
