About the Role:

At BabyBillion, were looking for a skilled and passionate Mid-senior level 2D Motion Graphics Designer to design, animate, and bring stories to life on our Youtube channel. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Animation: Design and animate , backgrounds, and scenes for BabyBillions Youtube channel.
2. Software Proficiency: Animate using rigs in Adobe After Effects with speed, efficiency, and high quality.
3. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with illustrators, creative directors, and sound designers to achieve project goals. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within creative teams.
4. Technical Skills: Maintain organized project files, implement feedback promptly, and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
5. Animation Principles: Apply a strong understanding of fundamental animation principles (Squash & Stretch, timing, spacing, Arc etc.) to deliver engaging motion.
6. Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract ideas and concepts into compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects (rigging and animation workflows).
• Deep understanding of 2D animation principles.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
