Motion Graphic Designer ( 4-6 LPA ) ( 1–3 Years Exp)

YMinds.AI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. In this role, you will work on visually compelling content that strengthens brand storytelling and drives engagement across digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to create static and motion-based visuals that elevate YMinds brand presence and support marketing and product initiatives.

• Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually engaging layouts and concepts
• Support the creation of presentation decks, brochures, and other brand assets

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and social platforms
• Assist with video editing and incorporate visual effects to enhance storytelling
• Support short-form video content such as reels, promos, and explainers

• Ensure visual consistency across all YMinds brand touchpoints
• Assist in developing and evolving branding assets including templates and guidelines

• Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and fellow designers to execute creative ideas
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and team discussions
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively

• Stay updated on design, motion, and visual storytelling trends
• Research competitor and industry visual strategies to inform creative direction
  

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts , or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and composition
• Basic knowledge of animation and motion design principles
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good communication and collaboration skills
