JOB DESCRIPTION :

Requirements

• A stunning portfolio showcasing your motion design expertise across various styles and contexts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spline, Blender etc.
• Understanding of fundamental animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.)
• Ability to translate abstract concepts and storyboards into fluid animations.
• Experience with character animation and storytelling through motion.
• Understanding of UI/UX motion design and micro-interactions.
• Solid grasp of typography, composition, and color theory.
• Familiarity with current motion design trends and techniques.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Transform static designs into engaging animated experiences across digital and video platforms
• Collaborate with designers to implement motion that enhances usability and delight in digital products.
• Create compelling brand animations and motion identities for our clients
• Develop storyboards and animations to communicate motion concepts
• Craft explainer videos and promotional content that clearly communicates complex ideas
• Design and implement micro-interactions for websites and applications
• Establish motion guidelines and principles for client brands
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts that leverage animation
• Define, create, and improve the motion and animation tools and processes that accelerate our design deliverables.
• Stay ahead of motion design trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team
