Your work profile

• Act as a functional SME for mortgage applications supporting Hedging and IRRBB requirements, translating regulatory and business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to interest rate risk measurement, hedge strategies, cash flow modeling, and behavioral assumptions.
• Work closely with Risk, Treasury, ALM, Finance, and IT teams to ensure mortgage products and hedging logic are correctly implemented in risk and ALM systems.
• Define functional requirements for IRRBB metrics, stress testing, scenario analysis, and regulatory reporting in line with Basel and local regulatory guidelines.
• Support system configuration of mortgage products, yield curves, repricing rules, and hedge instruments, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, process flows, data mappings, and business rules for mortgage hedging and IRRBB calculations.
• Validate system outputs through functional testing, UAT support, and reconciliation of risk metrics against expected results.
• Assist in impact analysis for regulatory changes, new mortgage product launches, and model enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams during implementation and resolve functional issues related to mortgage risk and hedging calculations.
• Support audit, model validation, and regulatory reviews by providing documentation and functional explanations
