Montessori Elementary / Pre-Primary Teacher

Montessori Elementary / Pre-Primary Facilitator at The Aalam, a Freedom School, Coimbatore

We are looking for a teacher who enjoys working with children between 6 and 12 years / 3 and 6 years, and who can guide them with patience, clarity, and respect.

The role involves supporting children in their academic work, encouraging questions, and helping them grow as thoughtful and responsible members of a community. The work goes beyond delivering lessons. It includes observing children closely, preparing the environment, and creating space for meaningful learning.

We are looking for someone who values collaboration, reflection, and a calm classroom culture where children feel safe to explore ideas.

Preferred Qualification

• AMI or IMTC Montessori Elementary certificate (preferred)
