Role- MonitoringTool
Location -Chennai
Experience -10 to 15 Years

Must Have:
• Administrators of monitoring applications, notification platforms and integrated systems. 
• Governors of best practices, maintenance, support and upgrades to the monitoring systems, platforms, and applications.
• Provide technical expertise and assistance to all Application, Infrastructure, Security & Network support teams to enable swift monitoring solutions to safeguard the environment.
• Should be able to upskill & deliver with all technologies in the fast-evolving & ever-changing IT industry in and around monitoring space.
o Azure, AWS Monitors, etc,.
• Should possess strong OS knowledge (LINUX, UNIX & WINDOWS).
• Should possess average knowledge about Middleware & MQ related technologies.
• Not Mandatory - Any additional/ Niche skills encouraging Automation effort is most received (such as - Ansible, Power Automate, Shell script, Bash PowerShell, Groovy, Python basic scripting)


Good To Have:
• System Administrator for Datadog.
• System Administrator for SolarWinds.
• Look for automation opportunities/ improvement within the monitoring environment. Preferably through.
o Ansible, Power Shell, Shell Script, PowerShell, Power Automate, Python basic scripting, etc,.
• Perform work on both SR’s, Incidents and Changes as needed.
• Open SR’s, Changes and Vendor support incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to govern best practices, maintenance, support and upgrades to the monitoring systems, platforms, and applications.
