Proactively run daily system and application health checks across the monitoring infrastructure.Provide first-level support for agent installations, decommissions, and agent reporting issues.Work on standard changes for monitoring configurations.Take ownership and resolve monitoring tickets.On-board new customers onto the monitoring platform.Prepare design documents in line with defined standards.Define, plan, and drive the roadmap for future upgrades, new enhancements, and application support installs.
Primary Skill
