We Are Hiring: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist Hydropower Dam Project

Location: Delhi Office

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to oversee and track the progress of hydropower dam construction activities across multiple project sites. The role involves reviewing site reports, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that work is progressing as per approved plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate construction progress of hydropower dam and associated infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports from site teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, KPIs, and contractor performance.
• Analyze project data to identify delays, risks, and performance gaps.
• Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports for the client and project management team.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers for updates and clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, technical specifications, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, or project management for large infrastructure projects (hydropower projects preferred).
• Strong skills in project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and project monitoring systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
