Position: Mongo DBA

Location: Delhi

Duration: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in MongoDB Core DBA Role and Responsibilities

Relevant Experience with MongoDB database.

Clear understanding of MongoDB Concepts and Architecture.

Hands-on experience in MongoDB database technology troubleshooting in a high pressure production environment.

Involved in MongoDB Cluster prod environments that includes adding and removing cluster nodes, cluster capacity planning,Installation, Upgrading,performance tuning, cluster Monitoring, Troubleshooting.

Installed and configured multi-nodes fully distributed MongoDB cluster.

Decommissioning and commissioning the Node on running cluster/existing cluster.

Understanding of MongodB cluster management by using Opsmanger and commands.

Understanding MongoDB replication/Backup & Recovery.

Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.

Experience working with Unix, Linux server.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to organize and plan work independently.

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Mentor and team builder. Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a team member with the ability to meet deadlines. Adoption attitude based of situation.
