About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations professional to ensure smooth execution of brand monetisation campaigns. This role requires close coordination with program managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes, particularly in offline centres and on-ground activations.


Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Program Managers to ensure flawless execution of brand monetisation campaigns.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaign delivery within timelines.

Align and coordinate offline centre campaigns, ensuring branding/activation requirements are implemented seamlessly.

Track campaign execution progress and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.

Maintain and update campaign trackers, ensuring stakeholders have real-time visibility of progress.

Liaise with vendors/partners for timely delivery of offline and on-ground campaign assets.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines during campaign execution.

Share regular status updates and closure reports with internal teams and stakeholders


Skills & Qualifications:

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to multitask and manage campaigns across multiple locations.

Prior experience in campaign execution, events, operations, or marketing support preferred.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
