Module Lead - AI

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect / Senior AI Architect to design and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for complex business problems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to conceptualize, design, develop Proof of Concepts (PoC), and implement scalable AI solutions that can be produced effectively.

Job Description:

Experience - 6 Yrs to 8 yrs.

Job and Work Location - Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders & team to conceptualise, design, PoC & produce business solution.
• Develop a quick PoC for the conceptual solution.
• Support the creation of technical artefacts for the solution.
• Implement the solution to maturity & production grade & mentor the team to achieve the result.
• Keep up to date with technology trends & apply appropriately in the solution.

Key Skills

• Exposure to Multi-Agent AI system design & development for business problems with standard Agent SDK, A2A, MCP
• Experience in GenAI solutions design & development like RAG, Agentic RAG, Vector DB, Agentic Patterns Orchestrator, Planner.
• Experience in fine-tuning various LLMs like Mistral and Olama with domain data.
• Exposure in designing evaluation & AgentOps for Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in training ANN for NLP, Computer Vision problems with Object Detection Models, Transformer Models, and Prediction Models.
• Strong Python system design & development, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure
