Job Description
- Modern Trade Sales
- FMCG Sales
- Key Accounts
- Implement secondary schemes in the DMT/IMT Stores
- Secondary tracking
- Identify outlets based on off take performance
- Implement sales growth activities
- Relationship building & monitoring of Key accounts
- Implement Launch plan of new products; monitor off takes, prepare requisite reports
- SKU wise selling.
- Training in the market
- Training of v-DECs on Selling skills and planning and product knowledge
- Sourcing of Distribution Salesman and handling v-DECs attrition
