Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years’ experience with data analysis, descriptive analytics
- Experienced with the application of basic statistics and data-analysis in a business environment (trend discovery and analysis, correlation and pattern discovery, text mining, etc.)
- Experience in data analytics, advanced analytics, data science or related field
- Has advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query), Vertex AI, Python
- Understands retail/CPG domain with experience on product, transaction and customer level data
- Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal, presentation and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment
- Energetic & Self-Starting
Desired skills:
- Proficient with data discovery and exploration, strong use of analysis tools
- Has intermediate to advanced level Tableau experience in line with descriptive analytics
- Has strong data structuring, management, harmonization and analysis experience
- Builds end to end analytical solutions and business consumption oriented dashboards
- Identifies insights from analyses and proposes recommendations or next best actions
- Continues to expand and enhance his technical knowledge and skillset, mentors junior team members and contributes to knowledge sharing and advancement in the org
- Directly engages with clients across all project stages of discovery, design, delivery, deployment
