Summary: As a Mobilization Lead for Service Transition, you will be responsible for directing mobilization projects and teams during service transition and solution realization activities. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard industrialized delivery models and tools, meeting operational and financial commitments, and ensuring successful service transitions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead mobilization projects and teams during service transition and solution realization activities. - Leverage standard industrialized delivery models and tools to meet operational and financial commitments. - Ensure successful service transitions by managing risks, issues, and dependencies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of service transition projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Service Transition processes and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ab Initio. - Experience in directing mobilization projects and teams during service transition and solution realization activities. - Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of service transition projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Transition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Program and Project Management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful service transitions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
