Kherwadi Social Welfare Association is expanding its Yuva Parivartan IRDP initiative to strengthen rural communities through skill development, entrepreneurship, and livestock-based livelihoods. Were looking for motivated Mobiliser cum Trainers who want to make a real impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilise rural youth and local communities for training programs
• Conduct skill-development sessions in areas like livestock, agriculture, or entrepreneurship
• Support participants with follow-ups to ensure livelihood outcomes

Who Can Apply

• Minimum Qualification: BSW
• Preferred: MSW
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in rural skilling, training, or community mobilisation is an advantage
• Ability to promote training programs and engage with local stakeholders
• Must own a bike and Android smartphone
• Local language proficiency is helpful
