Job Description
Role: LLM Training Mobile Engineer (Kotlin)
Experience: 6+ Years
Start: Immediate
Availability: Full Time (8 Hrs) + 4 Hrs PST Overlap (2 PM 6 PM IST)
Mode: Remote
Must Have
- 6+ yrs Android Development (Recent 2+ yrs mandatory)
- 3+ yrs as Lead / Architect on production apps
- Expert in Kotlin & Modern Android Development
- Strong in Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Room, Coroutines, Navigation
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, architecture & performance
Role Summary
Work with a leading LLM company to help improve AI models through data generation, evaluation, and benchmarking. Includes SFT & RLHF tasks, evaluating LLM outputs, creating datasets, writing/validating Kotlin code, and collaborating with AI teams.
No model building or fine-tuning involved
Good to Have
- AI/ML evaluation or dataset creation experience
- Open-source contributions
- Knowledge of LLMs & code-gen models
