Job Description
End-User Support: OBE India • Respond to end-user requests for technical assistance via help desk tickets or remote support on teams or call. • Resolve software and hardware issues reported by end-users, including desktop support, software installations, and system configurations. • Provide guidance on how to use hardware and software effectively. • Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for common technical issues and solutions. Device Support: • Manage end-user devices through centralized management tools, Mobile Device Management (MDM • Prepare OS images and configure them according to organizational standards. • Monitor device inventory, software inventory, and compliance status. • Implement policies for device security, remote access, and data protection. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and software applications used by end-users. |
