Vairified is building smarter rating systems for sports. Our neural rating technology delivers significantly more accurate player ratings than traditional methods. We're starting with pickleball and expanding from there. Small team, big ambitions.

About the Role

We have a fully functional web application and need a mobile developer to build native apps that mirror our existing functionality. You'll be working with established APIs and building a clean, performant mobile experience from the ground up.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, but you'll need some overlap with US Eastern time for occasional calls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain iOS and Android apps using React Native
• Work with existing REST APIs to implement mobile features
• Collaborate with our frontend and backend teams
• Follow proper Git workflows with code reviews and CI/CD
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with React Native
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Published apps on App Store and/or Google Play
• Comfortable working with REST APIs
• Experience with Git, pull requests, and collaborative workflows
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with sports or fitness applications
• Experience with real-time data or live updates
• UI/UX sensibility

Salary: 50,000 - 85,000 per month (based on experience)
