Mobile Application Tech Lead - Android/iOS/Kotlin

• Design and develop mobile applications across iOS or Android platforms; cross-platform experience with KMP preferred (Kotlin Multi Platform)
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to finalize user stories, review code, and maintain high-quality standards
• Provide guidance and coaching on design principles and best practices
• Engage with stakeholders (Senior Architects, Product Owners) to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Plan Program Increments (PI) with a 3-month horizon, including resource allocation and scheduling
• Own architecture and feature-level requirements, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of software architecture
• Apply I2M architecture principles and ensure integration with AD and PDLM suites
• Optional: Apply knowledge of healthcare standards (DICOM, HL7) for compliance and integration

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years in software development, design, architecture, and QA
