What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end mobile app development using Flutter and/or Python
• Architect scalable, high-performance B2C applications
• Collaborate with product, design, AI, and backend teams
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and security
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence
• Contribute to product strategy and innovation discussions

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development
• Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) and/or Python-based frameworks
• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing applications
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud integration, and app deployment cycles
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
• Experience with AI integrations is a plus
