About the Role

We are a product-driven technology company focused on building high-performance, scalable mobile applications. We are looking for a Flutter Developer who is passionate about crafting smooth, intuitive, and reliable mobile experiences across Android and iOS.

You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop high-quality mobile features that deliver real value to users.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
• Develop reusable UI components and ensure high-quality, scalable architecture
• Integrate REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend teams
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when needed

What Were Looking For

• 15 years of experience in Flutter / Dart development
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Experience integrating REST APIs / JSON
• Knowledge of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience publishing apps to Play Store / App Store (plus point)
• Good understanding of OOP and software design principles
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Product-first mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase / Push Notifications / Analytics
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift)
• Familiarity with CI/CD & Git workflows
