MLOps Engineer – Databricks

Location

The successful candidate shall be placed at Gurgaon/ Pune/ Bangalore Location. It is a Full-time Job, No remote work. MLOps Engineer Databricks willing to work on a 3-months contract may apply.

Role Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to operationalize and deploy a classification model end-to-end within our Databricks environment . The role involves building production-grade ML pipelines, enabling model serving, and integrating model outputs with existing CRM systems . This is a hands-on role focused on model deployment, monitoring, and integration into downstream business workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in MLOps / ML Engineering / Data Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks MLOps , including:
• Model serving
• MLflow
• Unity Catalog
• Experience building production-grade ML pipelines
• Ability to connect ML model outputs to CRM or downstream enterprise systems
• Familiarity with end-to-end model deployment , including:
• Feature engineering
• Model training & validation
• Deployment
• Monitoring
• Basic knowledge of Dataiku (working familiarity is sufficient)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to CI/CD practices for ML pipelines
• Understanding of data governance and access control in cloud platforms
