About the Role

Were looking for an L2 #Transaction #Monitoring Lead to guide a team working on AML alert reviews. Youll manage quality checks, coach analysts, review escalations and work closely with the #FIU and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams handling L1 and L2 #AML alert reviews

Share regular reports on findings, performance and staffing

Review sample cases for quality and accuracy

Maintain strong knowledge of #BSA and #OFAC rules

Triage analyst work based on QC results

Perform real-time quality checks when needed

Set team goals and ensure timely execution

Coach analysts who need support

Suggest improvements to strengthen alert handling

Work with the FIU to identify and report suspicious activity

Coordinate with branch teams on unusual activity

Handle tasks assigned by the BSA Manager or BSA Office

Review and work AML alerts as part of daily duties

Preferred Qualifications

#CAMS , #CFE or similar certification

Experience working with senior management and compliance experts

Strong communication skills in English
