Job description:-

• MIS (Financial Reporting), Report Generation, and Basic Accounting, who are Fluent in English..
• Checking of field force & IBM Expenses
• Checking the authentication of supporting documents submitted along with the expenses
• Checking of hard copies of the expenses and its supportings
• Submission of Bills through SAP & ensuring timely reimbursement
• Maintain proper update of the expenses received and reimbursed.
• Co-ordination with IBMs for expenses related queries and compliances.
• Checking of domestic Expenses alongwith supportings & ensuring timely payment.
• Any other related work as may be assigned by the HOD.
